As a small boutique hotel with only eighteen rooms, we have to guard against late cancellations and no-shows.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay, or in case of short-stay bookings of less than a week, the total cost of the first two nights' accommodation. The remainder of your accommodation cost will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
In the event of you subsequently cancelling your reservation, the following cancellation charges apply:
Subject to availability, we may be able to change the dates of your reservation rather than cancel your booking should your travel plans change, provided we are given sufficient notice.
We recommend that you arrange travel insurance which covers you for any cancellation charges.
